This game is relatively easy, not that long, and only has one achievement that could prove to be a nuisance.
There are 101 challenges to complete, some of them are milestones for completing X number of challenges which will come naturally while progressing through the rest of the challenges It will specify on the challenge if you do need it.
Some of them will require the ultimate upgrade and some of them won't. You will need to use every weapon and power a little bit. There are challenges for almost anything you can think of in this game. Which would minimize the effort required during the fight. It would be best for saving it for later so that you have more upgrades and better weapons. You can realistically do this whenever you want after it comes up. Make sure to get Terminal Hog before knocking out all the Extraction Facilities as that is the only missable achievement. You will need them all for a large chunk of the challenges.
Plus several other more standard (and not standard) weapons. There are 7 special weapons that bear association with the 7 deadly sins. Then Altars, Survivals, Extraction Facilities, Spires, and Pledge Rushes.Īlso this would be a good time to collect all the different weapons in the game. There are Torment Fraud, Hellbazing, and Salvation for activities. Go ahead and knock out all of the activities and diversions. Step 2 - Activities/Diversions and Collect Weapons: I also went out of my way to collect a a chunk of soul clusters to upgrade the flight ability so that moving around Hell was a lot easier. At this point you should work on recruiting your allies right away to get all your base powers, and then work on activities & diversions. During this step you will complete a handful of story missions until you receive the demonic powers. You can complete this whole game on casual difficulty if you wish to make this as easy as possible.
Now its up the birthday girl Kinzie and the man himself Johnny Gat to shoot in Satan in the face, and bring the boss back home. The fun and games are over since The Boss has been dragged to hell. Messing with ouji board is bad news, especially when it actually links to hell. Extra equipment needed: XBL Connection for Co-op. Unobtainable/glitched achievements: None Does difficulty affect achievements: No Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 1 you don't know whether it's bad or not.- Approximate amount of time to 1000 : 20 Hours Tl dr : chill yo, the game isn't out yet. sometimes a good story can elevate a game that didn't necessarily need one but you should never write a game off because it's story was subpar when it didn't need a complex one in the first place. most rpgs and point n clicks need good stories to keep the player interested because of the lack of gameplay but in a third person action shooter, rarely does it matter. I don't mean to say that stories aren't important to some genres of video games. i will judge them on the merits that this genre of video games are supposed to be judged on. Personally, i have enjoyed all of the saints row games and will continue to as long as they are quality video games. If this game, or SR3 and SR4 were titled angels line 1, 2 and 3, you'd be perfectly fine with it, because it didn't soil a preconceived overrated narrative. if you want a gangster narrative, go watch the godfather series, paid in full, goodfellas, casino, a movie, television show, play a point n click game, like a telltale title,or read a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ book even. this isn't a story driven experience, it is solely based on the fun you get out of playing the game. they care about the writing, which is moronic. nobody cares whether these games are fun or not. no major bugs or glitches, or if it is mechanically broken yet, so why is it attracting so much hatred pre-release?īecause in 2015, in the case of video games, people care more about continuity than gameplay. nobody knows whether the game is fun, or if it is technically sound, i.e.
